i got a schwinn (450?) elliptical off amazon (also sold at sports stores or walmart) last year for christmas. i like it except the lighting of the screen sucks (which i knew before i bought it from the reviews)

I think she looks even better gaining wait. I suppose her workouts added curves and muscles. Hmm I'll be starting over again too. I have been stressed out and fell off. Now I can channel that mess into the workout.

i dont even own a scale.  i only can estimate my weight by my clothing and my yearly drs visits.  i was weighed last week and was 9.5lbs more than i thought i was and yet im slimmer and toner than i was last year. *shrugs*

Day 1 on the second month of insanity is complete. Max interval circuit is BEAST! I took mad breaks but I finished it though. I'm proud of myself for getting back into it after a month's hiatus. #digdeeper
