Hey Femme are you following the whole program? What about their nutrition plan? Are you only doing insanity or adding in something else? I am thinking of starting up Turbofire but wonder if I should add in somethings with it (other workouts) as I have lots to lose Cry

I'm going to do the whole program hopefully...I get bored easily

I don't know what the nutrition plan is but I'm going to do what normally works for me. I limit the amount of processed foods I eat and drink a lot of water. Nothing too strict.

Thanks femme. I had insanity on another laptop but some say it kills the knees. I just want the weight off. I think I will just mix it up maybe. I do like turbofire and its like taebo. Tonight I made sweet chili chicken with steamed fresh soy beans in the pod. Yummy

i fell oooofffffffff.  i'm gonna start over with a yoga program and go from there.  it's HARD changing what I eat when I live with 5 other ppl that eat junk,   shall be coming here again friday

Been trying to change up eating habits, reducing carbs and only eating them every other day. Basically doing a modified carb cycle, so far my clothes are getting looser but idk if I lost weight b/c I'm taking a vacation from the scale.

Just did 50 squats while brushing my teeth LOL

I'm scared to exercise again. I love the way my body looks with all this extra weight on me. My stomach could use a little work but I feel great. Before I work out almost every other day and eat right just to get to this weight. No success! Then for half a year I didn't exercise and the weight slid on easily.

I can never win Cry LOL
