a flat mile run? just one mile? idk, i haven't done a timed mile since cross country in high school lol

i do interval workouts because they burn more calories than just a long run
mixing sprints and long distance helps me

Femme is that a treadmill workout? I did Turbofire the 45 min class. Woo Lawd! I am finding I am running out of steam and have to push through on sheer willpower. Any tips? I am not sure if I should have more calories I seem to be about 900 to 1000 less than the cals given by the turbofire calculations. Or should I be taking something prior to my workout. I know I should have protein afterwards.

-120 lbs as of this morning!

The whey protein powder doesn't upset my stomach which is great. Most of the time I buy the soy but this was on sell for buy one get one free. Cookies & Cream yummy!

Going to throw my son on the bike this afternoon and go to the park. He wants to go swimming but my suit doesn't fit and it is too late in the season to buy another one.
