I just can't not believe how much pain I'm in and it's getting worse

Lol

Yesterday I did not touch the squat rack or leg press, yet it feels like I did.

3 sets of a tri-set consisting of lying leg curls, s/s with dumbbell dead lift s/s walking weighted lunges

Single leg raises 4 sets of ten to 15 reps s/s with unweighted jump squats

Leg extensions 4 sets of 5-12

Dumbbell step ups 2 sets of 20

I'm back in the saddle after my short hiatus.
 
Haven't gained any weight which is good because I've been eating like a real Cuban.. plantanos for breakfast, rice & beans with hamhock for lunch.. just been ignant with it...LOL
 
But for some reason, I think I look better with all the extra starches. Maybe because i've been low carbing it for such a long time.
 
Anywho,kettlebell workout tonight.. I love them so much, it's like a two in one workout for me. Strength + Cardio.

Hmm, I might give this a shot.. need something new.
 
AK... Have you tried weighted hip thrusts ?

Weighted hip thrusts? Are those where you lie down with a weight plate to do the pelvic thrusts? I was just looking around and found a formula for Insanity and also for Turbo Fire. I calculated my calories and it seems that I am really really really under. Confused Probably why I am feeling like I could use some more energy. I'll try upping them and also going to start eating more chicken, fish and shrimp for lean protein. Might even pick up some protein powder too.

got a new job so i've been slacking hardcore... but i'm going to try and go for a run today.. : eek!

i couldn't even run WHEN iw as working out on the reg lol so this might be an epic fail.. but it's a beautiful day.. so we'll see! lol
