busy time. going to gym a minimum of 2 times per week. trying to get to at least 3
eating is going well. I'm actually not eating enough, but I have 1-2 energy drinks a day which needs to stop

weight is kinda maintaining. a +/-2 lb range of where i've been for a while

I've gained 10 pounds but my measurements are all the same.

I do have more definition in my upper body and stomach but not what I consider enough to be 10lbs worth but who knows.

I aint mad cause my clothes still fit.

I feel you on those energy drinks Southern. Haven't had one in a while. But they can be addictive. Tonight I did Turbofire 45 minutes. Cry Lawd! But I hung in there. Not bad for my first time. I was dripping sweat. I had been thinking about getting a sauna suit but I'd probably drown thenLOL It was a good workout and I could keep up fairly well cuz it's like Taebo. She has lots of energy/positivity and I like the inclusion of the music.

LOL afro! After a killer leg day one is simply blessed to get out of bed! Today turbofire 45 minutes. I did it tonight and had to push myself through...I needed a boost of energy for them. I made it out of sheer will Cry I thought of how bad I want to drop these pounds before my bday and then got through it.

Yesterday I did not touch the squat rack or leg press, yet it feels like I did.

3 sets of a tri-set consisting of lying leg curls, s/s with dumbbell dead lift s/s walking weighted lunges

Single leg raises 4 sets of ten to 15 reps s/s with unweighted jump squats

Leg extensions 4 sets of 5-12

Dumbbell step ups 2 sets of 20
