Sang are you doing cardio in the gym or taking classes? I know they just opened up one near me about a month or so ago. Good workout tonight. 30 minute Hip Hop abs/51 min Taebo

even though i dont have skinny legs or calves im super conscious about them

anyway,

calves on leg press

calves on hack squat machine

seated calves

standing dumbbell calves

Both.
They have les mills classes at my gym....well it's like a rec center.

Week 3 of insanity complete, but I haven't lost a pound. I've been going crazy looking for my nutrition guide but I can't find it. Luckily I was able to download a pdf so I'm going to calculate my caloric intake requirements and hopefully that will make a change. I am 150 lbs and I've been eating 1300 calories a day and burning about 250-320 calories with insanity depending on the workout I'm doing and how hard I'm pushing. According to the insanity nutrition guide, after the calculations I should be eating 2,000 calories a day. I think I may not be eating enough and that may be why I haven't lost anything. I have seen a difference in inches, but it's not translating to the scale. Gosh it's going to be a little difficult to eat more food, but I have to remember that just because I'm increasing my calories, doesn't give me free reign to not eat clean.

But, I haven't lost or gained anything so that is a plus. I really need to get my butt and get back on plan.

I really need to eat better but i have 2 jobs and school.

The last 2 days all i had were some fruit, muffins, a kind bar and water. It makes me sad.

Ran Thursday and Friday. Didn't run yesterday.. Eating has been pretty minimum here lately. Weight loss has stalled..
