I need a new cardio thing. My zumba classes are no longer in a
Session.

I guess it's between boxing, pole or crossfit... Is crossfit considered cardio tho?

Super sore. Did a total of 10 times round but only ran 3 of those.
Tomorrow I will rest or just walk a few times with my sister.

front squats with hyper contraction 6 sets of 8-10 reps

bulgarian split squats 2 sets of 20 per side

single leg extensions, 4 set of 10-1

leg extensions 4-6 sets of 10-12

lying leg curl s/s unweights walking lunges 4x10x10

dumbbell step ups 3 sets of 20

I took 2 days off from running. Its been raining for 2 days here now feeling like a cool fall day vs a hot summer meltdown.

My new juicer just arrived and im stoked. I hope it does better than my last one!

Look forward to day 4 tomorrow morning.


I need to hit the weights soon!!
