Weight lifting should come before cardio if you're going to do it on the same day

Just downed the last 2 pills of OxyElite Pro. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. The appetite suppressant worked very well the first couple weeks then tapered off a little. I always felt more energy especially since I work out in the wee hours of the early morning (around this time). It really gets me going. I haven't weighed myself but I obviously have lost some fat around my abdominal region and my arms and chest look more vascular.

Unfortunately the makers say to take 4 weeks off before u do a second round of Oxy and I don't got that kind of time. July is my last month of cutting so I went ahead and ordered Hydroxycut Hardcore that I will start on Monday.

I haven't been doing any cardio so the last 4 weeks I'll throw in 2 days of sprints. I've been carb cycling, and will continue but will probably throw in some 0 carb days in there if I feel a stall.

Back up the same damn two pounds.. Idk what to do and why my body wants to play me to the left like this... I guess I'll have to do a fast to break this horrible plateau.

What kind of fast would be appropriate?

I was taught to work my reps to fatigue to get muscle growth
If I've already tired them from cardio, the muscle gain is at expense

There may be some scientific reasoning, but that's just how I think of it

I haven't worked out consistently in about a week. But, I look lean as heck...My shoulders are poppin and back is well defined.
 
I can actually see some ab definition...Shocked. stomach vacuums work and diet.
