You can do it hunny. It just gets harder or the last bit of weight that you want to lose.

Yay Hunny!!!!

I attempted to go to my gym to find that it has closed down since the last time I have been!! I have a gym at my complex but it really sucks but ill make use of it I guess until I get a chance to tour another facility..

Just got back from the gym. It was packed as the rooms were full so I just did elliptical. 400 calories
Only... Not hunnyb status yet but getting there lol

Also I went to the gym five times this week which is a majour feat for me!!

Down to 122...7 more lbs to go

I think I pulled my groin after doing some squats yesterday. I finally figured out how to do them the right way and now right groin is uncomfortable. My arms are also sore from Thursday weight training. This has been my first strength training in a while. Any tips? I think I just need to stop strength training until the pains subsides,but how can I prevent these things from happening? Anybody else have ny soreness associated with squats? It's funny because I didn't feel the pains till after my workouts(like the morning after).

Thinking of doing a 5k. We'll be given an hour to make to the finish line. I want to do it but I am worried I won't make it. I wanted to do Mud Masters but they never made it to Holland. Unhappy
