Yeah it's supposed to work out the abs, a low impact strength training and toning exercise. 

I just learnt about it last week and thought it's a bunch of bull, more research into it and apparently it works. I first bought a $5 walmart kids hula hoop and that thing was garbage. So I went and picked up a 3lb one at Academy. Beginners are supposed to use heavier hoops as they move slower.

I worked out 5 times two weeks ago....6 times last week.....and 3 times already this week...

Can I please get past 35 pounds pleaseAngry...my body wants to gain and lose the same 5 lbs.

I ate some ginger nut biscuits in the middle of the night

A combination of anxiety and just plain ol sugar cravings.

On Monday some guys asked to workout with me next week when I do legs.. That was flattering.

I think I deserve a ridiculous splurge today coz of my good news.
