AK what happen to that protein thread? 

i need to get more protein in my diet.  i never really think about it until my body is run down and then im like damn i need protein.  who would think something so simple would be so hard to do.LOL

went out last night... ugh too much fruity drinks and late night food :( can't work out today.. too hungover, but tomorrow... it's on and crackin'

Was reading up on hula-hooping as a toning exercise option and I got a 3lb one yesterday. I'll start with 5mins/2x a day and build it up to 30mins. I aint hula-hooped since I was 10yrs old Cry 

I'm having fun with it so far, my belly is on fire though LOL

I'm down two pounds.. And I haven't did anything for two weeks but lay around and eat junk. I think it's because my body is using more calories to heal..

But I think I am ready to jump back on it though. Will be returning to work Tuesday.. But I'm ready to get this show back on the road... Slowly....

Well, I am going hardcore for the next two weeks so I will be a bit beeotchy. I want to lose 10 pounds but I am not expecting that much Well shall see

I ate like sh*t on my brothers grad party yesterday. I did run though. I did some exploring last week and found a very hilly 4 mile long path I will start taking so I've just been running that. I want to run today, but my legs hurt. Idk if I should.
