Right now, I am doing High Reps & Moderate Weight.. I don't want to build anymore muscle because I can look like a line backer real quick. Lots of cardio and diet.

there was one woman in the gym last night working on her back

i was pretty impressed, better form and better definition than 95% of the knuckle heads in the gym


that being said, completed my cardio this evening and did some shopping

4 packs of twin peppered steaks

1 pack frozen fish fillets

5 tubs cottage cheese

2 packs frozen veggies

1 pack dried fruit

should make about 12 lunches and suppers with protein content of 30-35g approx

And lol Afro. My working out has been great...made it to 40lbs gone....entire time I've been knocked up. One part of me is growing...the rest is literally getting smaller..well maybe not my janets lol
