Congrats bunny!!!

Southern lol it's a beginner one it starts with with 50 squats lol no weights or anything.. Not that fancy..... Yet! ;)

So my body is hella sore from a kickboxing class on monday I skipped today I can't skip tomorrow because I won't return for about five months! But at the same time I literally don't think I can even do the elliptical walking up stairs is painful enough!

What should I do??

Does it end with 250? Last for 30 days. Might be the same one

Take the rest you need. Maybe a light walk

No.. I'm not doing a protein shake. I don't think I work out enough for protein shakes.. Arent they for like weightlifters and intense gym goers? I just started like a week and a half ago... Is it a lot of calories? Does it work if you don't use heavy weights?


Southern-yup!! Lol I didn't do it yesterday though lol I was sore! I'm so weak it's not even funny haha

I think I should make a post on protein shake use for beginners

You need the protein to prevent catabolism ie loss of lean body mass aka muscle

You don't want to lose muscle you want to lose fat and since its muscle that keeps you working and going you need to feed it so it stays at peak performance

Furthermore, a fully replenished muscle mass has a higher basal metabolic rate than one in catabolic state, meaning it keeps your metabolism high at rest.

So yes, you better drink that protein girl!
