I think these chia seeds really do keep me filling full longer. Not bad.

Even though I am not as sore as I once was, I won't be back to boxing next week. Maybe the treadmill. We have made it to the middle of the year. How is everyone doing on their overall goals so far?

So far I have lost 32 pounds this year, I did not meet my goal for May and just having surgery not even a week ago I doubt I will meet my goal of 10 pounds before my birthday in 1 month and 8 days.

I'm doing research on what changes I have to make to my diet and I might as well eat cardboard according to what I am finding. I have read that I will be able to go back to eating fatty foods eventually but I'm not really for trial and error or being in the ER regularly..

So my goals for the rest of this year are to get another 40-50 pounds off of me, make permanent changes to my diet that I can live with, and get in better shape.

i met a standstill at 34 lbs lost. i thought i would be at my goal by July. Between the kidney stone and knee injury and just being a shiftless lazy drunken negro, I am ~20 lbs behind. Dead

how do you like the boxing class? im thinking of taking one

can someone suggest alternatives to push ups? i am not able to do them.

on your knees

i can't even do that...i broke my wrist and dislocated my elbow about a year and a half ago. its very painful to put that much weight on my wrist and my elbow will dislocate again.

im not sure what exercises will work the same groups in the same way.

Try wall push ups. The further your feet are from the wall, the harder the push up.

or she could try wrist straps
