Thanks Southern! I will try this out soon. I need to get back to eating more veggies and this could be just the boost I need. Off to look for recipes.

Struggling to get my cardiovascular training in.

Also catching a bloody cold.

Will need to up the calories protein and zinc for the next few days

We need to do a supplement update

Well im out for this week as far as any exercise goes. Ive been in the hospital since yesterday afternoon and I will be going in for surgery later on today. I havent eaten for over 36 hours bc Im NPO'ed until further notice.. So I will lurk and maybe ill be down a few pounds from lack of food. Good luck to everyone this week!

Yes! I second that. Sending prayers that way and hope you're better soon SDY. Get better soon afro! Summer colds irk me. I don't like getting them at all.

Need some tips on running on the treadmill, sometimes I run good,other times I struggle. Might have to try the green smoothie too. I was making some using the greenplus powder, but it taste awful.
