I have just discovered green smoothies!  I have so much energy and clarity.  They combine clean eating, raw food and alkaline diets.  I started as a detox but in looking online see that people live this way.  For now I'm replacing two meals a day with smoothies and having one healthy meal.  I feel great, am not hungry and weight is melting off.

Hey ThatGurlD what's in your green smoothies? Two a day? Wooo get it. I might try some. Just need to find some good tasting recipes.

What?Shocked I would love to see a jump in the scale like that. Were you only doing smoothies or did you still have meals. I don't think I could just do juices and smoothies. I like to chew Embarrassed
