my mother has lost 20 lbs. noticed her pants were too big today. all she did was cut out rice and bread.
i was looking at her pics when she first got married. skinny with a donk. I don't understand where I got my body from Ouch

Well the past 3 weeks have been really stressful for me so my tracking and exercise habits have suffered big time.

Did go to weigh in today and only gained .7 lbs (out of a total of 12 lost) so I'm thrilled!!!  Will be more faithful to my eating and workouts the next few weeks.

Thanks everyone for answering me. Well I didnt eat the corn, even though I wanted to.. I want to hardcore low carb it so I might have to let my strawberries go... I need prayer on this one.. Im not sure if I can give them up. I have to find my motivation again or I will end up back where I was. 30 pounds gone is too many pounds gone to let myself gain it back..

my plan allows for 2 fruits a day
apple, orange, grapefruit, berries

And how much fruit is ok without going overboard? Can I have as much watermelon as I want in a day, for example? Or is it still too high in fructose regardless of the high water content?
One more workout to put in for the week today. I'm still not losing enough. I wonder if it's the fruit...

i avoid corn when i'm doing strict low carb. It has a high carb content and will cause a larger insulin spike than, say, green veggies or cauliflower.
fruit, depends on what i'm doing. when low carbing, I stick to less than 50g carbs a day. sometimes less than 20 if i'm trying to go into ketosis.
when juicing and making smoothies, i have as much fruit as i want and still lose weight but not as fast as when I low carb.

im actually about to juice some watermelon. but it is a fruit that I limit due to it's higher carb content. same for pineapples and grapes

30 mins of hit followed by sets of donkey calves on the leg press dont remember how many sets but peaked at 4 sets of 10 reps at 150

standing dumbbell calves 5 sets

every time i wanna post in here get sidetracked .. im still working out though

I really want some junk food every once and a while, like some pop-tarts. I know I can't eat it since I'll pass out but I want it so much right now.
Still losing weight, now down to a size 42. Once I am a 40 I am totally out of all plus sizes. But to be honest, I don't always see it when I look in the mirror.
