Well I'm back from my weekend back home. Lots of good eating and no weight gain. Back at it today. I got lots of compliments on my weight loss from my family and friends.. They wanted to know what I was doing....

Southern that was my weight in high school and in start of college (pre kids). I don't want to be that skinny though. (I like the extra booty and cleavage) I just want to evict the extra added pounds that won't go where I want. LOL today I'll be doing some hip hop abs (after seeing that dang infommercial) Hit up whole foods yesterday. Or whole paycheck lol. Mmmmm the alfalfa sprouts, yogurt and yummy pinneaple.

Had a really good weekend and I didn't even indulge on Mother's Day like I could have.
 
and I am down 2 pounds +++++ I can see the curve in my waist again like the good ole days.
 
This morning I went for a hour walk mostly uphill , killed my legs and got my sweat on.
 
Tonight, I have weights.

After a week of crap back on it zumba today and I'm gonna ry for the cleanist diet possible.. I need to get on bunnys level cardio wise

A calories is a calorie, you really don't have to eat clean to lose weight . Just make better choices. It's hard to eat clean 100% of the time, it takes alot of planning.

Anyone still doing that 30 day Challenge with Mr. Shut up and Train? I will admit that I lowkey gave up on it and just continue with my own workout schedule... I just look at the exercises for the day. If I don't want to do them, then I do my own workout.. Still want to keep doing my weight training along with the cardio (causes I don't want to go through 30 days just focusing on cardio).
