Breakfast 16 ounces of water half a bagel protein bar and banana

being broke and on a diet is not wassup. I have 3 more weeks for my goal :(

I need to step it up

Well it's mom's day. Might hit the market and pick up some things. Looking for kid friendly meals as my kiddos also like extra helpings.

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mommy's out there!!!! Wish I was with mine today but I'll be sipping on some cocktails with her in a few months lol



On the flip side the gym was practically empty today which was awesome, got a great workout in. Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend!!!

monday: legs and abs

tuesday: arms

Top Left: Completely stopped training after high school + crappy diet

Top Right: 1-2 hours of cardio a day. Hardly eating due to loss of appetite and because of this I really slowed down my metabolism.

Bottom Left: 60-70 min of cardio every day. Lots of weighted core exercises and a very flexible diet.

Bottom Right: 30-40 min of HIIT + weight lifting 4-6 times a week + a clean diet.
