feel better southern.

mannnnnnnn i had a crazy craving for brussel sprouts today. like its all i wanted from the time I woke up.
I went to the grocery store.. n got one big ass stalk of brussel srpouts.

but wait.. i got home and realized I've never made them before so i have to look up a recipe.
so im like well how do i like brussel sprouts cooked.

then it dawned on me... IVE NEVER EVER EVER even tasted brussel sprouts before.


lmao.. thank gawd for youtube.
but yeah brussel sprouts are my new favorite food.. and i will be eating them everyday now.
it was soooooooo good.

I'm back to no more eating after 7pm.

I haven't ever had them either. They look interesting. I didn't used to like cauliflower but find I love it when I make faux mashed potatoes. My kids will even eat it then. I'll have to try it.

welp just did my PM workout. 1 hr 10 minutes all cardio!

dinner was healthy.
breakfast was not.

and for lunch-- i ate wayyyyy too much edible arrangement fruits... so my pm workout was much needed.

Thanks Rumbera, I'll check out those spots. I went to Dicks' and modell, they had nice stuff but I don't see myself spending $60 for some Lycra pants. Not happeningšŸ‘Ž.

Been consistent on my training, been doing more strength training but I won't touch the scale! I've noticed changes in the way my clothes fit (looser) and my butt has firmed up!

Ordered BGWT and picked up a jar of Albolene........looking for some lidded Carafes to store my fruit water in.......

I got my workout in and felt pretty good. Pushed through it. 15 minutes of standing abs then 50 minutes of Taebo advanced. For those using the albolene how does it compare to using say Prep H? I had heard they offer similar results.
