UGH!!! how do you guys keep up with it.. i seriously go to the gym for like one week and then i can never go back again

i am soo disappointed in myself.. but apparently not enough to go to the gym more :( :( :( :(

ok just got back..

tbaby dont fret... i have periods where i go hard in the paint.. 2 workouts over an hour each time for like 3 weeks straight.. then i dont go for a week. lol

today was my first day back in the gym since last Friday morning.

when i went to the dr.s office that scale said i was like 4lbs heavier than i was on Friday.. so yeah i found my fat ass way back to the gym. lol

remaining motivated is soooooooooo hard.. ugh.

so since I haven't been to the gym in almost a week, I've found a little solution to getting in some burn while sitting my fat ass on the couch on bhm and watching the first 48. I have the 8 lb free weight that I do bicep curls with and i do random arm exercises with it. Something is better than nothing. Go Belle. Go Belle.
