Burned a total of 1255 calories in my workout yesterday. WOOHOO!
I'm aiming to burn at least 1000 calories every workout (6 days a week).
I'm sure I'll be looking the way I want to look in about 4months Big smile

That's a good goal. I am trying to aim for more days a week. I figure if I keep at it I'll make my goal. I have time but only if I keep pushing.

total fail..lol

didn't do my PM workout.

for dinner.. i had buffalo WANGS and macaroni n cheese.
and corn bread.. which im convinced was cake.

and then ass shaped cake.

i didn't eat well today either and i didn't work out. tomorrow is a better day.

So late because since I went on vacation, work has been Censored   But today, I am back at it.  I am going to a Kzx class that lasts one hour.

did my cardio and calves,

will be cooking for the week,

stocked up on some frozen veggies and fish and turkey fillets, cottage cheese spinach

im going to eating super clean this week

i think my scale is screwing with me. i have one of those needle scales. SO yesterday i barely had an appetite- breakfast was a glass of milk and a banana, then at 3pm i had a slice of toast and cream cheese then i had water the rest of the day. Last night i measured my self and i was 142lbs. This morning i decided to weight myself with no food and i was 135lbs! I surely didnt eat or drink enough for there to be a 7 lbs difference.

That was just water weight HaitianLuv! You'd have to eat 7000 calories or 24500, extra to gain 7 pounds i think. I do know 3500 calories is a pound.

Just got back from the gym. I made my way to the free weights but felt so intimidated that I just walked away.. I have got to do better with what I buy to eat. I buy stuff every week and don't eat half of it. Im on an eat what I already have challenge this week.
