No problemo ladies. Heck I see ya'll posting. Read about the results of members like Prazol and know I've got to put in the work. Think I will try to get in a late night cardio session. When I was on my game I used to get workouts in no matter what or when! Wish me luck

Had lemongrass chicken curry with barley tonight! So so good! Feeling really tired though, only had 3.5 hrs of sleep, usually when I don't get a lot of sleep I get ravenous. Absolutely can't control my appetite, this past week my appetite has been minimal. I won't workout today though, can't cut it. Going to sleep ZZzz.😴😴😴

had a good run this morning but im still not back to were i was in february.  if i had known taking time off would set me so far back i probably wouldnt have done...probably.

My toe hurt a little after my run yesterday. IDK if I should sit today out or what. I don't feel bad now, and my training thing says 4 miles today. But I don't want to hurt myself. If I do run, I will definitely take the less hilly path.

If you toes, feet etc hurt, you should check: (a) your running form; (b) the size of your shoes (a half-size larger than normal works for me); or (c) both.
