Did 45 minutes of turbo jam, trying to eat clean and be healthy. Now that the weather is nicer my appetite has gone down thank goodness.

Did a quick 20 min cardio session on the treadmill before class. Felt really good. Also made an omlet for breakfast instead of my shake. Doing good today. My urticaria hasnt rearee its ugly head today yet.

This is a never ending journey. I took the weekend off from training and dieting. I didn't eat bad at all, I just watch my portion sizes. Needed a break from it all to regain some focus.
 
Back at it as of yesterday, had a helluva workout and diet was on point.
 
I did some squats yesterday with a 2sec pause at parallel, killa.

so..it all went to hell sunday.

I haven't been feeling well since then. I worked out once on sunday (AM) and none yesterday. My tummy isn't having it.

I want to work out today.. Ill see how that goes.

Ah Southern and NYC under the weather? No bueno....hope you feel better soon. I realize I have some resistant flab lol. However I am determined to get rid of it. More taebo later today.

I think this is one I got from a member here..I don't remember. Anywho,
 
Spinach, sliced peaches (in natural juice), oats, honey, almond milk, ice.
 
I use as much or as little as I like. Just experiment with the different measurments.

I'd start simple. Baby spinach chops easily and is easily masked by strawberries. (1 cup each) Add yogurt or milk or vanilla protein powder/shake
