gia.. i dont like banana pancakes...but i like banana fritters.

those use flour though.

you can leave the flour out... but here are some things that make fritters awesome.

1. you dont make them when the bananas are yellow.. you actually wait till the bananas are super super super ripe.. like the peels are yellow w/ black and the banana is soft.

use vanilla extract, cinnamon n a dash of nutmeg.

this morning i woke up-- and wasn't feeling the best.

so I waited until 3pm to do my "AM" workout.

just finished.

Rant..
the gym is a small room.. and when i entered the gym.. there was one other guy in there.  This is my second time working out w/ him. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME he smelled of everything that is wrong w/ the world.  The gym's space is too damn small for you not to be giving a damn about how you smell.

I make it my business to smell fantastic when I go down..lol
so much so that ppl working out have complimented me on it.
I'm not saying he gotta smell like flowers n shyt.. but damn it.. smell like you care.

ughhhhhh... my stomach is too sensitive right now to be dealing w/ that.


oh yeah Rant 2.
people who spend over an 1hr on the one damn bike we have... spinning 1/4 mile per hour..reading a book..watching a baseball game. and they are in really good shape.

so that being said.. 1 hr of cardio today.. no 10 min bike for me.

SDY, here is the Pizza that I made

The crust is 2g carbs per serving
The sauce is 6g carbs per serving (1/4 cup)
THe meat and cheese no carbs (real cheese and turkey pepperoni) 

It's soooooooo good...
