I need to get my life! No sweets and only water until I have more time (after the semester) to work out like I want to. I always lose inches when I cut out sweets, so that'll do for now.

I need to start adding ab workouts, deadlifts and weighted squats. I just really don't want to look dumb at the gym :(

But I'm losing the weight but also losing my hips. I can see my real body type now which is a spoon/pear

i need to get my body right 



even though i didnt finish physical therapy i think my leg is betterish. im gonna start ballet again and maybe a krav maga class, as well as things like dead lifts, squats, and a few dance exercises with ankle weights at home.

Femme... What a nasty ass , be careful.. I hate men sometime.
 
I threw in an extra snack yesterday to make myself feel better and I did. Actually, I couldn't imagine eating more than I do. It looks small but I am eating like every three hours.
 
Finally got in a weight routine last night, full body.My left knee feels kind of wonky this morning. I did some dumbell squats (30 pounds in each hand) and by the last set I was done.
 
Skin Care Alert;
I picked up some apricot oil and that ish broke me out something bad. The first day it was all good the next day my face was full of small fine bumps stopped using it and it's clearing up. Great moisturizer for everything else.
