so when i woke up at 1030..lol
I went straight to the gym... blah

1 hr 10 minutes of cardio.

oh.. so i think im on week 2 of not eating past 7pm.
It really has been helping me.

I'm almost at 30lbs gone since my move.

In my head.. it would have been wayyyyyyyy more.. but I have somethings working against me right now.. lol but im happy w/ my 28lbs gone.

That would be me.. Have you ever tried carbquik? I ordered a box 3 weeks ago and its ok.. It serves its purpose.. Its supposed to be the lower carb version to replace bisquick..


I haven't tried that....I have tried 2 other brands, but I can't remember the names....I'll post pictures of the pizza I made tomorrowBig smile

Kudos to you for going Clap lord knows a good nap can keep me indoors sometimes lol. Im bout to go running for workout #2

Just did a late night workout at the gym...NEVER again

When I can't sleep, I'm used to going for a quick run or doing something to tire me out...

Well, after an hour of cardio, I decided to stretch for 20 min...

I tend to check myself out a lot in the mirror and I look through the glass door outside and there's a man jacking off to me stretching. It scared the sh*t out of me because I was alone.

I ran to the door to see who it was, but he ran. Then I was like wtf am i doing and ran back to my place. The way the property is set up, you have to leave your home to get to the gym. I'm annoyed and I doubt there's sh*t I can do.

I need to get my life! No sweets and only water until I have more time (after the semester) to work out like I want to. I always lose inches when I cut out sweets, so that'll do for now.

I need to start adding ab workouts, deadlifts and weighted squats. I just really don't want to look dumb at the gym :(

But I'm losing the weight but also losing my hips. I can see my real body type now which is a spoon/pear
