I was waist - 37
          hips - 52 

Now I'm waist - 34
          hips - 48.5

Once I lose the excess weight, I'll try to get my hips back to 50...just because

Hunny B your measurements are similar to mine. Ugg I miss that 24 inch waist. That was before babies. Ha! Think I might do some weights tonight. I've done taebo everyday this week. Sunday-Friday. That's 6 days, so yay me. Going to go shopping in the am. Any tips? Post em up!

You gotta let them go Samone especially if you ate trying to get tight before your vacation.

Or eat them around you weight training. Alot of figure ladies only eat starches in the am and every meal after that is protein and veggies,to shed extra weight before a comp that means no fruits, juices, corn, peas and carrots. Alot of them use a nit of preparation h and wrap the belly to shed excess water weight.

JUST  finished my pm workout.

yay im back into the swing of things.


by mistake..lol.. yes mistake i only had one meal today.

and i ordered it from the diet side of the menu.. my whole meal came up to 590 calories.

but yeah.. thats it.
