ugh i can't find my hand weights. i bought 30 day shred and now i can't find them to do it. fml.

has anyone done this?  I think i might give it a try.  I have know upper body strength and need to get to work on it.

I had pizza with carb smart dough (3grams a slice), turkey pepperoni and organic sauce...WINNING!

but in other news.....I think I have IBS.....I went to bed at 5pm woke up at 1am...slept again @ 3am then woke up at 6:30am...I was in soooooooo much painCryCry

Morning workout is done

Legs this evening and it's a high Carb day..shimmies

Anywho, I had a green smoothie in the fridge that I forgot to drink the other day, so I had it for a snack yesterday. my stomach revolted like okay bish you gone learn today...I'll never do that again ever..lol..well I can laugh about it now yesterday not so much

Pineapple is excellent for masking spinach/veggie taste in green smoothies.

Welp, I weighed myself this morning and Im 27.5 pounds down. Yes I'm counting that .5! The last time I weighed I was 23 pounds down and I felt like I was in between 25-30 pounds lost. Yay me!!! I'm past halfway now and I got 23 pounds left! I might bump it up and say 30 pounds left. Not sure yet.
