d- chicken soup......yay.. i luv my soup. fawk the warm weather. lol

am workout-- done! 1 hr ten minutes of cardio.. plus my arms.

20 minutes jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees, planks and kettle bell swings. 20 minutes on eliptical and 20 minutes on stationary bike. Not eating much b/c I'm sick and I want to recooperate quickly.
