My smoothie this morning:
- handful of spinach
- 1 spear of asparagus
- a few pieces of broccoli
- handful of frozen berries
- 1 banana
- handful of grapes
- some watermelon
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
- milk to cover
I definitely tasted the broccoli but it was still quite good. I am really loving how I'm getting all these fruits and veggies so conveniently in my diet thanks to these smoothies! I normally only get 2 servings of fruit max and no vegetables so this is really awesome for me. It's also helping me use up the produce more quickly before it goes bad!
