My smoothie this morning:
- handful of spinach
- 1 spear of asparagus
- a few pieces of broccoli
- handful of frozen berries
- 1 banana
- handful of grapes
- some watermelon
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed 
- milk to cover

I definitely tasted the broccoli but it was still quite good. I am really loving how I'm getting all these fruits and veggies so conveniently in my diet thanks to these smoothies! I normally only get 2 servings of fruit max and no vegetables so this is really awesome for me. It's also helping me use up the produce more quickly before it goes bad!

yeah she's got some stuff but some of her movements shouldnt be for beginners imo

I am trying something new kind off. Doing a clean eating?/meal plan for a week or so. I got it from Taralynn site.
After that I am going to go back and try my bento box/portion control again. I miss using them.

I am full which is a shock, I may change her plan around a bit.
So far for breakfast I had toast with cream cheese, banana, tea and a veggie sausage. And always drinking water and sometimes crystal light.
