Thank you all for asking. I'm having problems posting so I couldn't respond

I'm able to walk but it gives out occasionally so I'm trying to rest and elevate. My leg is swollen from the knee to my toes but thankfully it only hurts when I apply pressure and I'm glad I don't need my crutches

gracias mi amor!

well i went to bed early...well 1 something is early by my standards...lol
as a result.. i was up way too damn early today.

got my workout in an hr ago.

I surprised myself and ran 30 minutes... I think I could have done more... but I had already did 30 mins on the elliptical and I didn't want to OD.
10 minutes on the bike..
worked my arms.

i have a busy day today... but I really intend on doing my hour of cardio tonight before bed.

quinoa kale and curry chicken
nonfat plain greek yogurt, will add 10 almonds, 1 tbsp honey, & strawberries
banana
homemade mini pizza (flat wheat bread thingie, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and swiss cheese)
