I've let myself go these past few years and I want to get back to the body I had in high school.
I just signed up for a program called the "12 Week Body Transformation" which was created by Michelle Bridges who is a trainer on The Biggest Loser Australia. Check it out here
The reviews for it are great and there is so much support offered. The reason it is such a success is because it isn't a fad diet but a lifestyle change. You get meal plans (which come with shopping lists), tailored work-outs and like I said ealier you also receive constant support on their forums.
Pre-Season starts in 12 days then the program starts Mid May. So Pumped! 2013 is the year I get it together.
