I used to use the gym or free weights at home
Right now I'm trying something new. A class that's higher reps and lower weight. I'm not really feeling it as much as low rep high weight

I've let myself go these past few years and I want to get back to the body I had in high school.
I just signed up for a program called the "12 Week Body Transformation" which was created by Michelle Bridges who is a trainer on The Biggest Loser Australia. Check it out here .

The reviews for it are great and there is so much support offered. The reason it is such a success is because it isn't a fad diet but a lifestyle change. You get meal plans (which come with shopping lists), tailored work-outs and like I said ealier you also receive constant support on their forums.
Pre-Season starts in 12 days then the program starts Mid May. So Pumped! 2013 is the year I get it together.

Hey guys!  Well I haven't been real good since the last time I posted.  Tried to exercise some, and life got stressful (imagine that!) so my eating hasn't been in great control...

HOWEVER that's the past, and today is a new day.  Ranger walked 3 miles yesterday, plan to do the same today.  Stayed in my points Monday and Tuesday eating wise.

Weigh in is thursday, so I hope hope hope I can show maybe a .8 to 1.5 pound loss--make up some lost ground.
