my 11pm workout was nice.
ran my 20 minutes again

did some light... light light leg strength training.. lol

and my  other 40 mins of cardio.
im a happy camper today.

b-oatmeal
lunch-green smoothie
dinner- chicken salad (the chicken was fried...but still..lol)

hopefully tomorrow is good.

Yesterday was a great cardio day: ran 6 miles and 1 hour Kazaxe' class.

I love spring rolls, too.  I had some at a Vietnamese restaurant w/ some Pho soup.  DELICIOUS!

NYC--don't know how you can workout at 11pm.  8:30 is the latest for me.
