ok im back to 2 workouts a day.

my 6 am morning workout almost killed me tho'.
thats what I get for slacking the past week.
13 minutes into my 15 min.. my ass was near death and had to stop and sit. I really felt like i was going to faint...
but i finished the workout...the other 45 minutes of cardio.. and weight training.


my workout at 11pm was nice. the 15 min run hurt.. but I didn't stop. so i guess thats ok.
hopefully in another week...im at 20 minute runs.

I changed my mind. We can do May 1st. Much more time.

I ate popcorn today... That's a no-no.

And I had half of a half of a subway sandwich. I'm not a subway person but it was free.

Bread is also a no-no as well... I love bread though...

I originally purchased a salad from Jason's deli to eat..

That's all I ate today, period. That might be 700 calories today and that's pushing it.. I have to eat more and do better.

I ate 3,000 calories yesterday :( omg. Im stressed out. I aint neva eating like that again. I dont even wanna say what I ate. I was this close to going to the gym but I couldnt find the gym key. Damn that's a shame.

I went on a crazy eating binge last night for stuff that I really did not even want.Wacko  Today, I am going to go running even though it is cold as Censored out there.

NYC for your 2 workouts a day, are you doing 1 hr per workout? So that's 2hrs per day? Hmmmm I might have to try that....I have not worked out for 2 days OuchCry Sick with fever, sneezing and congestion! GRRRRR

no calorie counting just legit cutting errything in half unless it's veggies
