I changed my mind. We can do May 1st. Much more time.

I ate popcorn today... That's a no-no.

And I had half of a half of a subway sandwich. I'm not a subway person but it was free.

Bread is also a no-no as well... I love bread though...

I originally purchased a salad from Jason's deli to eat..

That's all I ate today, period. That might be 700 calories today and that's pushing it.. I have to eat more and do better.

I ate 3,000 calories yesterday :( omg. Im stressed out. I aint neva eating like that again. I dont even wanna say what I ate. I was this close to going to the gym but I couldnt find the gym key. Damn that's a shame.

I went on a crazy eating binge last night for stuff that I really did not even want.Wacko  Today, I am going to go running even though it is cold as Censored out there.

NYC for your 2 workouts a day, are you doing 1 hr per workout? So that's 2hrs per day? Hmmmm I might have to try that....I have not worked out for 2 days OuchCry Sick with fever, sneezing and congestion! GRRRRR

ive finally realized i was eating too damn much
now the weight is dropping
no calorie counting just legit cutting errything in half unless it's veggies

Scale had me really discouraged this morning. SMH. Going to keep pushing. 45 minute cardio/strength workout this evening.

Took this morning, the scale let me down last night.LOL
 
I finally starting to lose where I need it the most, another 10-15 pounds and then I am done.
 
Never ever gonna let myself get out of shape again.
