Maybe, you are not getting the right mix of proteins, fiber rich veggies and fruits etc? I saw this documentary about food and hunger and it was eye opening. It also was very negative about dieting in general. Basically, it said that we are eating more but under nourished because our food is so processed. I am sure you have heard this all before.

I may need advice on this too. I work out in the mornings since I go to school midday and work in the evenings. Monday, I was so hungry all day and I try not to eat after 7 but I was so starved that I had to put something in my stomach.
I know that I am probably not eating enough, but is working out in the mornings making me so hungry throughout the day. It is like I can eat something and about another hour later, I am ready to eat again.. I can stuff myself to the brim with junk but when I am watching my intake, I have trouble eating enough I think..

Do you have a smartphone? An iphone, Galaxy etc.... There are some
really good nutrition apps that can help you keep track of your food
intake. I use myfitnesspal. You can see how many calories you're eating,
along with the breakdown of nutrients like protein, carbs, etc. I
suggest packing snacks for the day. Its the best way to ensure you're
eating enough. Especially since you have such a busy schedule. Pack baggies of
nuts, fruit, veggies, cheese, etc. Healthy snacks you can munch on
during the day in between your meals. If you need to pack your meals, I would do that too. The best thing to eat at night if
you are really hungry is dairy; yogurt, cheese, etc. Milk is a slow
digesting protein so it'll make you feel full and your body will digest
it while you sleep. And it has a good balance of protein and fat.
