I don't lift but workout at least every day this week and maybe do a yoga or something session on Sunday

My goal this week is more cardio 6X no heavy weight this week

I want to bring my mile time down 2

When I started, my mile was 15 minutes...now it's 10Big smile

My goals this week:

Drink more water.
Get my cardio 5 times this week.
Watch eating.
Go a bit harder on my lifting.


I got my shipment of clothes in today. I took a huge risk in ordering XL shirts. I've been wearing tshirts mostly so I wasn't sure if my XL sun dress or my 4 shirts would fit.. They fit perfectly with some wiggle room.. I'm really happy.

I also tried on some of my size 15 jeans. I can get them up and zip them. Still tight though..

Workout complete and eating under control. Feeling good today.

I've gained ten pounds so I'm 132 now yay!!! Now I'ma start working out.

My goal is just that I am just going to try and make it through this week. Wacko Work is horrible but the good thing is, when I am super busy and work is super stressful, I eat very little.

i think i'll add in ten minutes of skipping at least 3 times this week in addition to my eat cleaner goal

i'll take a pic of this cool retro leather skipping rope i bought for 2 quid as i walked past the pawn shop
