wow that's a pretty good squat numberClap

yea 75 on the bench is nothing. your gym must not have too many women who lift that type of weight.

Start off on top of the step. or if the gym has the actual "box" use that instead. I'm always afraid starting it. but if you start out on top and jump down, you'll feel if it's too high for you. hth

I'm usually the only woman even doing weights at my gym. When it's busy there might only be like 2-3 others at most (usually just using like 5-10 pound dumbbells) and mind you it isn't a tiny gym. The rest are always on cardio equipment or in the classes.

i don't know if you've heard of the "perfect push up" but its a good tool to use to help improve your strength. i bought one a few years back and i noticed an improvement in the number of pushups i could do and a difference in my chest after a few weeks.

you can pick them up at academy or wal-mart tbh. i suggest start out on your knees and find your max. from there try to improve your max by 1 every day for 2 weeks and you'll notice a difference.

I do the knee pushups. I can't go down all the way with regular pushups. I can go down part of the way. Maybe half. I can get to about 10 that way. Doing the 30DS lv 3 has the traveling pushups. I can do those on the knees.
