I didn't workout last night just didn't have it in me at all. I needed a rest.
 
Tonight, I am going to do a fullbody circuit followed up with a short cardio session, if I have it in me.
 
Yesterday, I ate really well.

Yesterday I had one bag of little caesars crazy bread, an asiago chicken sandwich meal from Wendy's, a bag of crumb donuts, and a large sprite. FML!!! I just snapped. Couldn't take anymore spinach or greens. I'm doing well today. Goodness.

Rest day today. I really needed it. Eating isn't bad but not great either. I'm not mad about it either. 17 more days left in this month. Hopefully by months end ill be breaking into a new set of numbers for the last time, ever.

Up and at them tomorrow.
