I had a check up and was told to increase my bread intake (for the iodide) and dairy. I've decided to buy an ice cream maker so I can make protein rich ice cream that is sugar free.

had a leg work out yesterday

i shed a tear and broke wind doing leg presses

but heres the kicker, it was only 50kg (110lbs) and my normal maximum weight (smart training) is 300kg (661lbs). it was a super slow set for 20 reps.. for two sets

i swear to God i was pespiring on the outside inside i was crying, it was the most excruciating feeling ive ever felt. im tearing up thinking about it right now

i had to sit for a good ten minutes before i crawled out of the gym and called a cab to get home

I normally walk ten/15 minutes as a warm up and cool down, i couldnt face the slight uphill walk last night

i just couldnt, it would have felt like lunges. i wasnt about to be about that life
