was supposed to do legs last night and i didnt

i was so exhausted i took a nap so yesterday ended up being my off day and i'll hit legs tonight

I don't like rice cakes..I just stocked up on edible arrangements fruit bowls,so if I get any cravings I have something quick to snack on....But,I'm gonna send some flavor ideas to them anyway....If potatoe chips can taste like chicken & waffles I'm sure that they can whip up something.....

And doing donkey kicks,and squats while conducting a counseling session is frowned upon....

Will changing my exercise routine too often make it less effective?  Or shold i stick wih the same moves for a while. like a month plus. I get bored easy. really easy

I change my routine about every 6 weeks but I often do something new or "try out" once a week.

I tried it a coupe of years ago and had to stop after about 5 days.  I didnt like the way it made me feel.  Its what i imagine being on coke feels like.  I was hype.
