usn hardcore whey gh, my god ... that ish is so creamy i thought my lactose intolerence was gonna kick in just off the taste alone the best ive tasted so far, and ive tasted plenty!!!  in other news, strength gains  seeing some more progress in my arms since i started having a dedicated arm day. i now start with biceps instead of tris to bring my biceps up a lil bit.. i think genetically i'll never have a peak but thats ok, calves and quads coming nicely making slow progress on the back. my pullups still suck,  im almost too embarrassed to do them in my gym .. some guys just grab the bar and boom.. 20 like its nothing

Alright! Soon you'll be making bbq smoothies...I'll just search for that whey afro.....Whoa! The prices the prices....There must be several servings in the package so I guess it works out.

Last night workout was excellent, I was in the zone. Had some punta blasting on my phone and I "got it done". All I need to do right now is cut the fat until then I am not going to even try and build any muscle. However, it seems that even if I pick up a weight I gain muscle, it's always been that way.

I havent worked out in 2 days and I see a difference in my mid section. Ive maintained clean eating but Ive just been tired fom work and I work till 9:30 tonight but Im gonna get it done. Maybe the new clothes i received n the mail will give me that boost once i try then on.

Hey afro do you have the whey instead of a meal post workout? If that's the case then it works out cheaper. I have been taking a protein shake after workout. I had a muscle milk vanilla. But creamy shakes sound really good...Did you order online?
