Thanks. Hopefully they have a vanilla flavor at Trader's. If I don't eat a somewhat healthy breakfast, my whole day is thrown off. smh.

Workout completed this morning. Food under control. Today was a good day for me. :-)
Also removed my scale once again. This is getting easier.

Im really trying to force myself to eat more.  Im so used to eating only twice a day..... has my metabolism 'Molasses slow'. 
Hopefully, these shakes I bought will help.

I like bacon and eggs. Though I am trying to watch the overall calories. They are so tasty. I have been leaving off the toast. I am liking my salads for dinner.

Breakfast is my favorite meal!  I love waffles, pancakes, etc but I don't really eat this stuff that much anymore unless I give myself a cheat meal.Ermm
