I think I came across the method before you guys...I think you fill your popsicle mould or cup with your juice/yogurt/fruit mix then you cover it with some cling film and put the stick in before freezing it.  I just googled "ice lolly moulds"...they're pretty cheap too and easy to use.

The recipes for those ones are:

  1. Orange Juice + Blueberries 
  2. Vanilla Yogurt + Kiwi + Strawberries + Mangoes 
  3. Cranberry Juice + Blueberries

bad day already.

see these are the days that mess me up. if i mess up my eating in the morning then i write off the day. it has to be perfect or i forfeit. sigh

this girl i know just told me nobody needs 1200 calories a day, 500 is plenty...i told her i can't have nutritional convos with an anorexic. she did lost 8 pounds in a week though..but no thanks
