i think i should get more serious about strength training. sorta kinda gave up because i was so confused. but i can barely do 7 pushups without dying.

6 AM WORKOUT COMPLETE...although i slept in a bit since im home for the day.
my second workout will be 11pm. yay.
im actually starting to not hate working out twice a day. not love.. but not hate.

The gym was packed w/ every other person also home today.
losers.

anyhoot....according to the scale this morning-

im 15 lbs smaller than when i first moved.
I told myself when i hit 25lbs smaller... i will have a cheat meal...lol

i wanna lose 20 pounds by graduation...that's 9.5 weeks

trainer sent a 20 minute workout for us to do today on our "off day"

will share

50 sit ups
50 pushups
50 squats
50 bicycles

2x

i will do weighted squats and do more squats than pushups....i need to tone these hamhocks

Haven't been on top of my eating bc I've been in training for new software on my job. 12 hour classes.. :-/. Have been working out though.. TOM is here so add 3 pounds water weight to me.. eww....

So here I am... My schedule shall be back to normal next week.

And HunnyB, ill show my fat with you too!!! Page 130 is coming mighty quick!!! Lol!
