currently trying to find a balance between obtaining thickness and losing fat

Reached UGW: June 2012, 145 pounds

Have been maintaining (slight weight gain from major move)- but now back in the 145-150 range.

Size 20 jeans to Size 4. Healthy, Curvy, & Loving it.

LOLIt simply means doing exercises without the use of weight at all. I heard Newton did that during the commentary when he fought either Sakuraba or Anderson Silva (I forget) and even knows Tyson did that back in the day. I just did 100 crunches, 60 pushups and a few other things. My six pack tightened up out of nowhere.

wow, I'm so inspired.


I have to do better with constantly eating low calorie snacks throughout the day.
I find myself eating breakfast and dinner, then a night time snack, that's it.
