Did some rebounding exercises   for 30 minutes and it got my heart pumping! I had so much energy afterward and finished to a yummy green smoothie. Yeah I'm feeling great!

ok i need to join this thread seriously. i hate my thighs.

oh yeah and im back to corseting and pilates.Unhappy'

overall i need to drop like 60lbs. Dead

This thread is helping me with motivation. Big smile  Today, I did cardio for 1 hour. I need to start strength training as well.  I have some bands that I need to figure what to do with them.Geek
