As of today, I am down 20 pounds since beginning of January. I have in between 30-35 more pounds to go until my final goal. Hopefully by the end of May, I will be at my goal and stay there. I do not plan to balloon up again like this.
I went hard on the eliptical machine today. When I started, it took me 30 minutes to do 2 miles, then it took me 25 minutes, and today I was able to do 2 miles in 22 minutes. I noticed that my gym has various classes that I could take. I thought I had to pay for them but after finding out that the membership I have allows me to do whatever class I want for free, including boot camps and various things. I remember at my last gym years ago, I had to pay seperate for stuff like that if I wanted to do it on top of my membership..
I guess I had better take advantage of those free classes. One of the trainers told me he would let me know when the next boot camp comes up. I was going to try kickboxing but I guess I need to attempt some of these free classes first.
