Soo I'm come out of my lurker zone lol
So far on my journey I have lost about 33 pounds, been hitting the gym 3-4x a week but I haven't been in the gym since last fri because of this nasty head cold I have. Will being out of the gym for a week make it hard to get back into the routine once i get better and can actually breathe? I was just getting use to working out and not being tired so quickly

Lost 15 pounds in February holla!!! Without barely exercising. March will be different this time in gonna push my self
