Today's workout 

PR: 37 min 12 sec....hopefully I can beat that today

1 min jump rope
50 mountain climbers
1 min jump rope
50 bicycle crunches
1 min jump rope
25 prisoner squats
1 min jump rope
15 push ups
1 min jump rope
1 min plank hold
1 min jump rope
40 regular crunches
1 min jump rope
30 alternating reverse lunges
1 min jump rope
15 squat thrusts
1 min jump rope
side plank (30 sec/side)
1 min jump rope
30 reverse crunches

*Rest 2 minutes, then repeat circuit

Weighed myself yesterday morning. Since sunday we're down half a pound. It's an encouraging start but I want that 1.5lbs/wk.Stern Smile

Well, I shall stick to my 5 days, occasionally 6 days a week workout routine then. I do not want to overdo it and basically make it become counterproductive.

I got my first compliment today since starting back up. My co-worker, who had just seen me Friday, asked me if I had lost weight. He said my face looks thinner.. Which usually my face is the very last place to show weight loss.. He might be on to something.. He said my already baggy scrubs were even baggier.. Big smile
 
I have not weighed myself in almost 2 weeks I think. I was at a 12 pound loss when the 3rd week of January ended. It is possible that I might be at 15 pounds lost. Or even a pound or two more than that.. So, I will weigh myself again at the end of this month if I can hold out that long.
 
Lets hope I will be at 20 pounds gone or close to it by March 1.
