Well, I shall stick to my 5 days, occasionally 6 days a week workout routine then. I do not want to overdo it and basically make it become counterproductive.
I got my first compliment today since starting back up. My co-worker, who had just seen me Friday, asked me if I had lost weight. He said my face looks thinner.. Which usually my face is the very last place to show weight loss.. He might be on to something.. He said my already baggy scrubs were even baggier..

I have not weighed myself in almost 2 weeks I think. I was at a 12 pound loss when the 3rd week of January ended. It is possible that I might be at 15 pounds lost. Or even a pound or two more than that.. So, I will weigh myself again at the end of this month if I can hold out that long.
Lets hope I will be at 20 pounds gone or close to it by March 1.
